By accessing or using Tryvalo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code and related materials (the "Product") to build unlimited end products for yourself or your clients. This license allows modification and commercial use of end products you create with the Product.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the Product (or its components) publicly available
- Create or sell competing starter kits/templates derived from the Product
- Share, transfer, or sell access to the private repository or download links
- Remove proprietary notices or claim ownership of the Product as your own template
- Use the Product in any way that violates applicable laws
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.
One‑time Purchase
Purchasing the Product is a one‑time payment for a license as described above. No subscription is required for buying the Product. Any subscription or billing modules included in the codebase are provided for you to use with your own end users—they do not apply to your purchase of the Product.
Access Delivery
After purchase, you will receive access to a private repository and/or a download link containing the Product.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access is granted. However, refunds may be issued in cases of accidental duplicate purchase, technical issues preventing access, or as required by law.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@tryvalo.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Price Changes and Discounts
Prices and discounts may change over time. Any changes do not affect past purchases.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code or malware
- Engage in unauthorized access or hacking
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tryvalo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Tryvalo SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN ALL CASES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tryvalo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
As we operate globally, we comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain the rights granted to you under such laws, and nothing in these Terms shall limit those statutory rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
